Additional terms of the contract amendment

In this section of the online shop, it is only possible to modify an existing Semel M2 Toll Meter Service contract subject to the following additional conditions:

  • Replacement and/or renewal of the equipment under the contract is only possible if the existing contract has been in force for more than 16 months.
  • The terms of the existing agreement have been respected
  • The client company meets the creditworthiness requirements
  • Any subscription and handling fees not charged during the current contract period will be accepted as a one-off charge.
